DONORS - Should I self-deliver my food donation?
When it comes to food donation, the hardest problem is transportation. Most nonprofits that feed the hungry rely on volunteers and monetary donations to continue to run their food distribution and other necessary services for our most vulnerable populations. When you deliver your food to a nonprofit, not only do you reduce wait time for feeding safe and healthy food to those in need, you also directly volunteer your time and resources to assist your community.
When posting or editing a posted donation, select Self Deliver for the transportation type. And make someone's day!
