To input weights through your account, first, activate your account. Follow these steps if you haven't already activated your account:

FOR DESKTOP:
Once logged in, click on the calendar menu and find and click to open the run you'd like to complete. You might need to change the date or the view to see your run if it occurred in the past.

If the run occurred in the past, click on the button that says "Edit Rescue Details." If the run is current, click on "Begin Pickup," followed by "Begin Delivery," and finally, "Complete."

Add the weights or details such as temperatures for each category. You may record notes or leave a rating review as well. When finished, click the "Complete This Run" button on the bottom to save.

FOR MOBILE APP:

Once logged in on the mobile app, scroll down to find your Assigned Rescues for any happening today, or Incomplete Rescues for previous trips. Or navigate to the main menu and go to Previous Trips.

Find and click to open the run you'd like to complete. Click the Add Weights button.

If the run is current, click "Begin Pick-up," "Begin Delivery," then "Complete." Add the weights or details such as temperatures for each category. You may record notes or leave a rating review as well. When finished, click the "Complete" button on the bottom to save.
